Validation Service

What is Autoclave Validation

Autoclave validation is the process of testing your autoclave to ensure that it is performing as intended by the manufacturer and in line with the Australian Standards for Sterilisation AS5369:2023.

How offen is the validation required ?.

Validation is a mandatory requirement to ensure your sterilisation equipment is operating safely and effectively. In most cases, validation should be performed every 12 months. However, more frequent validation may be required based on how often the autoclave is used, any changes made to its settings or sterilisation cycles, or its calibration history. Regular validation not only ensures compliance with Australian Standards but also helps maintain the safety and reliability of your sterilisation process..
